You are welcome to return any item/s within 7 days from date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, with product tags still attached and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging including but not limited to tote and plastic materials.

Your item/s are to be returned directly to Coco & Bundle and not the manufacturer. Please email prior to returning any items to us.


Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Should your refund be approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, bank processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the date of notification of processing, please contact us directly at Unfortunately, we will not investigate refunds that have not passed this required processing period.



It is really important to us that you love your purchase however in the unlikely event that the item is not quite what you had in mind, Coco & Bundle are happy to offer an exchange for 'change of mind'. Please send us an email at and we can provide further instructions on this process.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. Only regular priced items will be eligible.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the secondary postage fees associated with sending the new item/s.

When returning your items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for missing returns.
