Why is hydration important during pregnancy?

Hydration is important during pregnancy for several reasons. It helps in the formation of the amniotic fluid, which is essential for the baby's development. How do I know if I am dehydrated?

You may be dehydrated if you're experiencing symptoms like thirst, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, less frequent urination, or dark-coloured urine. When pregnant it is very important you keep an eye on these signs.

How many Hydramamas can I have in a day?

There is no real limit on how much hydramama can be consumed per day.

However, Mini + Me recommend anywhere from 1-3 sachets depending on the level of dehydration, vomiting and other needs you may have.

I am already taking a pre-natal supplement. Can i take Hydramama as well?

Absolutely. Hydramama is designed to support and compliment your pre-natal vitamins, not to replace them. As always, chat to your care provider if you have any concerns.
