Directions

  • Mix 1/3 of the pack with 1 litre of boiling water
  • Let steep for 20 minutes to release the herbal goodness
  • Pour into a warm bath, just deep enough to cover your hips or incision site
  • Soak and relax for 20 minutes
  • Use for 3 consecutive days postpartum
